Community Housing Information:   A) Who Qualifies: The residency requirement for eligibility for entry is based on those with the greatest need and applications are provided to and accepted from persons having resided/worked in the Province of Alberta for at least the past three consecutive months. Priority is given to persons who have worked or resided in the County of Wetaskiwin, City of Wetaskiwin or the Town of Millet for at least the past three consecutive months.   B) Types of Housing: 1 and 2 bedroom apartments; 2, 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes. Costs: Rental rates are geared to income (based on 30% of your gross monthly family income) Water/sewer & heating costs are included. Electricity, cable and phone are the tenant's responsibility.   C) How do I Apply? You will need to complete an application form and then phone to set up an interview with the Housing Administrator. Interviews are done on Thursdays only. Bring the completed application form with you to the interview.
